The C1 system allows the isolation of single cells into individual reaction chambers in Fluidigm's integrated fluidic circuit (IFC). It also let users stain the captured cells and examine them under microscopes. After staining, the cells are lysed and amplified for NGS library generation. The whole process takes as little as four hours.
The Thermo Scientific NanoDrop™ 3300 fluorospectrometer utilizes a patented sample retention (surface tension) technology that allows small volume fluorescence measurements. It can be used to quantify DNA, RNA and protein samples with ultra low concentrations.
SageELF is an electrophoresis system that separates DNA or protein samples by size, and fractionates the whole sample, or sections of the sample, into 12 fractions. The system is equipped with pulsed-field electrophoresis to resolve large DNA fragments.
BluePippin is an automated gel electrophoresis system. It uses pre-cast and disposable agarose gel cassettes for DNA size selection. DNA fractions are collected by electro-elution into a buffer-filled well using a branched channel configuration with switching electrodes.
Standalone Sequencing Service and Full NGS Service are provided with our state-of-the art DNBSEQ sequencers.

The NextSeq 550 System is a benchtop high-throughput next generation sequencing (NGS) system, which can perform different sequencing applications such as whole genome sequencing, whole exome sequencing, RNA sequencing, ChIP sequencing (ChIP Seq) and whole genome bisulfite sequencing.
10X Genomics is a droplet-based NGS library generation system. The Chromium Controller can generate >100,000 barcode-containing partitions rapidly for downstream applications like single cell genomics and single cell transcriptomics.

The S220 Focused-ultrasonicator shears nucleic acids and chromatin using Covaris’ patented Adaptive Focused Acoustics (AFA) technology. AFA allows energy to be delivered to samples precisely and accurately by utilizing a spherical acoustic transducer and specifically designed AFA Tubes.
Pippin Pulse is a power supply for pulsed-field gel electrophoresis that resolves DNA fragment size of 100kb and beyond. Users can develop their own field-inversion protocols with its software.

The Fragment Analyzer system utilizes automated parallel capillary electrophoresis to provide reliable quality control (QC) for nucleic acids. A broad range of kits are available for qualifying and quantifying DNA and RNA samples.

The PacBio Sequel System is powered by the Single Molecule, Real-time (SMRT) sequencing technology, which allows high-accuracy long-read sequencing. Average read length can be up to tens of kilobases. Targeted amplicon sequencing, isoform Sequencing (Iso- Seq) and whole genome sequencing can be performed on the system.
The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer is a well-established tool for quality control of RNA and DNA samples. The analysis of biomolecules – DNA, RNA and proteins are miniaturized with on-chip electrophoresis.
