The LSM 710 confocal microscope is an inverted laser microscope for three-dimensional imaging of subcellular structure. Users can obtain ~200 nm resolution images and perform fast scan live-cell imaging (up to 120 frames/sec) or FRET with the setup of an incubation chamber.
